On June 8, 2026, His Excellency Wang Jinfeng, Chinese Ambassador to Jamaica, paid a courtesy call on Dr Kevin Blake, Commissioner of Police of Jamaica. Ms. Karina Powell-Hood, Deputy Commissioner of Police, and Mr. Clifford Chambers, Assistant Commissioner of Police attended the meeting. The two sides exchanged views on bilateral cooperation on policing affairs.
