On 8 September 2022, H.E. Mr. Chen Daojiang, Ambassador of the People’s Republic of China to Jamaica attended the Presentation Ceremony for the Chinese Ambassador’s Scholarship in Northern Caribbean University and delivered a speech.

Before the ceremony, Ambassador Chen met with Professor Lincoln Edwards, President of the NCU. They agreed to enhance bilateral exchanges and cooperation in education.

The Embassy of the People’s Republic of China in Jamaica has cooperate with the NCU for the Chinese Ambassador’s Scholarship program since 2019.
