On February 2, 2024, Chinese Ambassador to Jamaica H.E. Mr. Chen Daojiang attended the Stone Lions Handover Ceremony at the UWI, Mona and delivered a speech. Mr. Densil Williams, Principal of the UWI, Mona, Mr. Feng Lei, Chinese Director of the Confucius Institute, Mr. Gao Benjun, Manager of Qingjian Group, and Mr. Huang Guoping, President of Jamaica Chinese Federation attended the Ceremony.
