On October 19th, 2023, H.E. Mr. Chen Daojiang, Ambassador of the People’s Republic of China to Jamaica, attended the Chinese Ambassador’s Scholarship Awarding Ceremony at the University of Technology, Jamaica, and delivered a speech. Dr. Kevin Brown, President of the UTech, attended the ceremony along with senior staff of the university.
