On September 29, 2023, the Embassy of the People’s Republic of China to Jamaica hosted a Certificates Handover Ceremony for bilateral Seminar on ICT Planning and Development and the Training Course on Sustainable Development of Bamboo and Rattan Industries. 

H.E. Mr. Chen Daojiang, Ambassador of the People’s Republic of China to Jamaica, attended ceremony and delivered a keynote speech. 

Ms. Witter, Assistant Director of Bilateral Relations Department in the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and Foreign Trade, Ms. Sarah Fagan, Director of Scholarships and Assistance in the Ministry of Finance & the Public Service sent their remarks and more than 20 representatives of seminar and Training Course participants attended the ceremony.
