On September 28th, 2023, H.E. Mr. Chen Daojiang, Ambassador of the People’s Republic of China to Jamaica, attended the Chinese Ambassador’s Scholarship Awarding Ceremony at the Northern Caribbean University and delivered a speech. Dr. Lincoln Edwards, President of the NCU, attended the ceremony as well as other senior executives.
